XEROX CANDY BAR

Xerox Candy Bar (XCB) is the School of the Art Institute of Chicago’s comic and zine club! XCB publishes a bi-annual comic anthology that features the work of SAIC’s student illustrators. The zine is free to apply to and is a wonderful opportunity for students to see their work published! In between publications, XCB hosts community events, such as draw nights, zine exchanges, comic readings, and more!

Free anthologies are distributed at designated events on campus. Sign up for XCB’s newsletter to learn more and hear about submission dates!

I officially became a Xerox Candy Bar leader in the spring of 2024!

Each leader contributes their skills and talents acrodingly, and there are no set job positions within the team.

I primarily focus on advertising, community outreach, and posters! This section includes any illustration work I do for the club, as well as comic submissions I’ve contributed to the anthology.
